Standard residential mortgage documents and credit
underwriting and no pre-payment penalties are some advantages. Requires contributory dwelling value of at least 35 percent of the loan amount. The rates are very reasonable and repayment terms are 15,
20 or 30 years.
The maximum loan amount is $417,000.
Part-time
Farm
One

It has the same advantages as the rural home loans.
However, this program only requires a contributory
dwelling value of 30 percent of the overall property value and
loan amounts go up to $2.9 million.
The property must be agricultural in nature or include
some minimal agricultural activity.
Many homes in the rural areas qualify for this program.
Second homes are allowed.
